In 2005 Susan B. Jackson took over the role of the Mrs. Wisconsin Director. Susan was fortunate enough to be Mrs. Wisconsin in 2003, where she placed in the Top 10 at the Mrs. United States Pageant.

Susan is no stranger to pageants, she has been involved in pageantry for over 10 years as a state and national director, she has judged numerous pageants, has coached pageant hopefuls, and is a former Mrs. Wisconsin America.

Susan's philosophy is that, "pageants are for learning new things and being able to seek and bring out the best in yourself."

This pageant is unique in that it celebrates the "complete woman."
